Violations
Indianhead Biomass, LLC. has a plethora of violations beginning upon their inception and has been continuous ever since. The FDEP issued a consent order in October of 2024 which forced Indianhead to bring a majority of the outstanding violations into compliance; however, despite the FDEP closing out the consent order, Indianhead Biomass, LLC is still in violation of their permits.
